About Us

W.R. “Ron” Clontz, President
A degreed engineer with over 30 years of marketing and sales’ experience.  Ron’s Industry experience includes engineering, sales, product management, and marketing management.  His experience in marketing and management includes market research, business and marketing plans, market communications, strategic plans, and acquisition studies involving evaluation of company assets plus the market ability of company and products.

Ron’s business broker experience includes assisting individuals and companies in a valuation range of $100,000 to $50,000,000, in evaluating and purchasing manufacturing, service, and retail businesses.

He is experienced in dealing with most types of commercial real estate, including vacant land, apartment complexes, manufacturing sites, hotels/motels, office complex, and any types of investment properties.

Ron is also experienced in dealing with bankruptcy sales in North Carolina and South Carolina including liquidations of various types of bankruptcy.


Stephen L. Smith

Stephen L. Smith (Steve) joined Clontz Commercial Investments, Inc. three years ago after completing a successful career in another professional field.  Since joining the firm, he has worked with small and medium-size businesses in assets sales.  He is a real estate broker licensed in North and South Carolina.
